A few days ago, I passed the ServiceNow Data Foundations exam (CIS-DF).
Not because I wanted to, but because ServiceNow added it as a prerequisite for other certifications I hold, and I didn’t want to lose them after all the effort I put into them. I complained about that in the past, and at least it was eventually free until July, so let’s skip that.
I follow the PARA methodology. So, when I complete a project, I move the materials from the “Projects” to the “Archive” folder.
While doing that, I found the PDF I spent the most hours with: The CSDM 5.0 white paper. A 63-page document with a lot of diagrams.
