I must admit that my brain automatically disconnects when I see slides promising magical transformational productivity gains through AI.

It’s funny that I was talking to Roberto yesterday about how surprisingly good LLMs are at image analysis and OCR, but we were not aware of this feature in ServiceNow.
I’m not an AI hater, but to be honest, I’m tired of having to “dive deep” to find something real.
At least these two features were worth staying connected for!
