Hearing about CRM brings me flashbacks to my Salesforce developer days that I’ve been actively trying to suppress.
But I forced myself to watch this nullEDGE session anyway to try and get an idea of ServiceNow’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) and how it connects to Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Unfortunately, the audio quality and screen‑sharing issues made the session pretty hard to follow, so I mostly managed to grasp a high‑level explanation:
- CRM is about the “sell side” (sales, marketing, customer relationships).
- S2P is about the “buy side” (requests, vendors, contracts, and getting things purchased).
What I still missed was a clear connection between the two areas and how AI is actually used in either of them.
