About Rubén

I’ve enjoyed working with Rubén over the years. I’ve learned a lot from him because he’s a very open person who has great ideas and shares them. Rubén Ferrero worked from Spain for 10 years in our small ServiceNow team at Richemont based in Switzerland, as a Technical Business Consultant and developer. He helped us a great deal in setting up our various implementations (user portal, automation, notifications, integrations, universal workflow, etc). In all our challenges, he was very quick to find us sustainable solutions that were easy to implement. He has a very good vision of the problem and a very good knowledge of ServiceNow, which enables him to find the best practices to implement. Rubén is a real asset to any team and will adapt perfectly to different projects.
